Alexey Chernov is a lawyer with more than 20 years of practical legal experience in Russia, specializing in civil, corporate, and land law. He has experience representing clients in all categories of courts, including commercial courts, magistrates’ courts, and courts of general jurisdiction.
Before moving to Israel, he held senior legal positions in major Russian corporations, where he headed legal departments and supported complex transactions in real estate, industry, and international trade.
At our office, Alexey applies his extensive practical experience while deepening his knowledge in the firm’s areas of specialization: commercial law, international commercial disputes, corporate law, and administrative law.
